DHTML - Mouse and Cursor  (Total: 9)

Circling text trail  (28/9/2005)
Have a textual message circle your mouse cursor and follow it around using this DHTML script.

Comet Trail  (28/9/2005)
We like this mouse trail script for its non intrusive- yet visually impressive- nature. Now your site's mouse is the cursor comet!

Document CrossHair  (28/9/2005)
Add a fun crosshair to your document! The color of the crosshair can be customized, making it suitable for any webpage

Cursor Trailer Text II  (28/9/2005)
This cursor trail effect renders multiple copies of a text that follow the mouse around in a delayed fashion. Definitely an interesting spectacle, and one that can be configured to automatically be dismissed after x seconds. One great use of this script is to brand your domain name using it, as in demo.

Cursor Trailer Text  (28/9/2005)
It used to be that a mouse cursor was just a mouse cursor. Since DHTML came along and gave programmers the ability to track the precise coordinates of the mouse, it was only a matter of time that cursor effects started showing up. This is Peter's great cursor text effect. It's pretty self explanatory, not to mention awesome!

Custom Cursor Script  (28/9/2005)
Starting in IE6, for the first time ever, you can specify your own image for the browser to use as the cursor! The image will replace the default "arrow" one. Properly done, a custom cursor can bring furthered consistency to your site's design. Note that the image must be of the type .cur or .ani

Dancing Stars Cursor  (28/9/2005)
One of the many cursor scripts in our archive, this one produces dancing stars animating around your mouse. The script uses NO images, so the effect is extremely lightweight and easy to customize.

Magic Wand Cursor  (28/9/2005)
Make the cursor on your page the center of attention for once, with this script. Kurt's superb creation renders minute glowing particles that revolve the little arrow in a 3D, circular trajectory, like in a magic wand (ok, you tell us what it looks like then). Mesmerizing as it is envious to watch!

Magic Wand Cursor II  (28/9/2005)
This is a milder, less flamboyant version of the Magic Wand Cursor script. Great for people (or their site's visitors) who get dizzy just watching the original!
